I actually managed to put on some weight. Was 114.5 yesterday morning and now I am 115.5

Coffee (2 cups)
Rojak (1/2 plate)
Nasi padang (1/2 plate)
You tiao (1)
Soya Bean Milk (1 cup)
Orange juice (1 btl)
Ramen (1.bowl)
Exercise:
Swim 1k
Now I just to figure out what is causing me to put on weight.
